TERMS AND CONDITIONS (b) In addition, you may be eligible to receive special discounts, or participate in other exciting In2Sports promotions including in-store events, contests or exclusive offers. (c) Discount is not valid at any physical store location(s) and is only valid on-line.
(b) Enrollment begins upon your first on-line purchase (c) Membership expires 1 year from date of issue (b) Member agrees that the Program and any Benefits related thereto do not create any property rights whatsoever in favour of Member. (c) Member shall be responsible for maintaining accurate and updated personal information with the IIn2Sports On-line VIP Club Membership Program Department. Members may update their personal information on-line under My Account. In2Sports is not responsible for Awards or other Benefits that are not received as a result of loss or Member's failure to update Member's personal information. (d) In2Sports, the In2Sports logos, the In2Sports On-line VIP Club Program and all associated logos and taglines are the intellectual property of In2Sports Inc., licensed to others under controlled conditions. (e) Membership rules are void where and to the extent prohibited by law. Taxes may apply where required by law. Personal Information is only used by In2Sports for the purposes stated at the time of collection, and to better serve you our customer - WE DO NOT share or sell any information collected. We may ask for your permission to use your personal information for other purposes, for example, to send you an email newsletter or for marketing purposes. In2Sports will NOT sell, rent, share or otherwise make available your personal information to any outside parties without your consent. In such a case, we will tell you for what purpose such information will be disclosed and we will ask for your consent to "opt-in". If you want to share your personal information, you will have to respond affirmatively. If you do not respond, by default, we will assume that you do not want to be involved and your information will not be sold, rented, shared with or otherwise made available to outside parties. In2Sports may also terminate the Program at any time through written notice sent to Member via e-mail (Members without valid e-mails will be notified the next time they are logged in to their online account. Member may choose to opt out of the Program at any time by providing notice by mail or e-mail; however, a member will not be reimbursed their annual membership fee of $20.00. In2Sports reserves the right to terminate your Membership at any time in its sole discretion. |
