Title: Manager

Duties & Responsibilities:
· Responsible for opening/closing store
· Optimize store performance in respect to sales and customer service
· Provide leadership
· Manage stores daily budget to actual performance
· Distribute employees individual budgets
· Maximize store sales opportunities to achieve sales
· Delegate daily duties to staff
· Follow up with previous day duties
· Completion of monthly employee evaluations
· Follow up on all team orders
· Main key holder
· Must approval ALL RA’s
· Reports to Head Office
Qualifications
· Minimum of 2-4 years experience as a manager in retail industry
· Must be available to work some evenings and weekends
· College diploma
· Skills required: organized, prioritize, team leader, self motivated, reliable, ability to manage and motivate all staff
· Soccer enthusiast is required
