Title:  Manager/Asst Manager

Duties & Responsibilities:

•  Responsible for opening/closing store
•  Optimize store performance in respect to sales and customer service
•  Provide leadership
•  Manage stores daily budget to actual performance
•  Distribute employees individual budgets
•  Maximize store sales opportunities to achieve sales
•  Delegate daily duties to staff
•  Follow up with previous day duties
•  Completion of monthly employee evaluations
•  Follow up on all team orders
•  Main key holder
•  Must approval ALL RA’s
•  Reports to Head Office  

Qualifications:

•  Minimum of 3-5 years experience as a manager in RETAIL industry
•  Must be available to work evenings and weekends
•  Completed Post Secondary Education
•  Skills required: organized, prioritize, team leader, self motivated, reliable, ability to manage and motivate all staff
•  Soccer enthusiast is required
•  38-42 hour per week

• Customer assistance
• Meet daily budget
• Process team/individual orders
• Reports to Manager/Assistant Manager
• Team player
• 30-40 hours per week

• Minimum of 2-4 years experience in RETAIL industry
• Must be available to work evenings and weekends
• Skills required: organized, prioritize, team leader, self motivated, reliable,
