SHIPPING ACROSS NORTH AMERICA

Once we receive your payment we arrange shipping accordingly. Usually orders are packaged and shipped out within 3 business days with exception of the Holiday Season. Once your order is shipped out we will provide you with a shipment tracking number via e-mail which will include all delivery and tracking information. In general it takes approximately 3-15 business days to ship anywhere within North America (**not including Yukon Territory, Northwest Territory, Nunavut, Hawaii and Alaska).

SHIPPING WORLDWIDE:

When shipping outside of Canada, goods may become subject to customs / duties. Our chosen carrier acts as a customs broker unless specified otherwise. All customs / duties and brokerage fees are the responsibility of the co-signee (customer). In general it takes approximately 4-8 weeks (with exception of the Holiday Season) to ship worldwide outside of North America.
