RULES
OFFICIAL CONTEST TERMS AND CONDITIONS
TO COMPLETE YOUR ENTRY YOU MUST READ AND AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS:
ELIGIBILITY:
No purchase necessary. The contest is open all. Participants under 18 years of age and/or not of full legal age ('Minor') must seek parental permission before applying and participating in the Soccer Pool and adhere to the Terms and Conditions. Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission to use winner's name, city of residence, photograph, biographical information, voice, image and prize details in any and all forms of media for promotional purposes, without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
No submissions will be accepted after the deadline for weekly game picks ("Terminal Date(s)"), as defined in the Contest rules, for any reason. The sole determinant of time for the purposes of a Contest, with time restricted online entry, will be the Contest server machine(s).
All picks entered to participate in the In2Sports Inc. Soccer Pool must be made by the 'Participant' or the 'Participants' on the official electronic application form. Applications must adhere to the required format. If the identity of a Contestant is disputed, the Authorized Account Holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry will be deemed to be the Contestant. The individual assigned to the e-mail address for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address is considered the Authorized Account Holder. A winner may be required to provide proof that he/she is the Authorized Account Holder of the e-mail address associated with the winning entry.
In2Sports Inc. reserves the right to refuse any application or prediction which, in In2Sports Inc. sole discretion, does not comply with the Rules and these Terms and Conditions or contravenes the spirit of the Soccer Pool. It is also at In2Sports Inc. sole discretion to suspend a Participant, disqualify any application, to vary, amend or waive the Rules and/or the Terms and Conditions at any time or to cancel the Soccer Pool at any time in the event of circumstances arising beyond In2Sports Inc. control or which make it desirable to do so. The Participants agree that no liability shall attach to In2Sports Inc. as a result thereof and that the exercise of such discretion shall not result in any compensation being payable or paid to any Participant or other person.
The In2Sports Inc. Soccer Pool organizers including are not responsible for lost, late, destroyed, incomplete, illegible, incomprehensible or misdirected entries (mail or e-mail), bugs, failures in servers, hardware or software transmission failure or loss, or delayed or corrupted data transmission. Entries will be declared made by the Authorized Account Holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. All entries become the property of In2Sports Inc. and will not be returned to Contestant. Multiple entries by the same person by any accepted method of entry including using one or more e-mail accounts will result in disqualification. No mechanically or electronically reproduced entries will be accepted. If the Soccer Pool has various or several terminal dates such as a weekly deadline for contest entry, no more than one (1) Contestant entry per terminal date is valid for purpose of these terms and conditions. All online entries must be submitted from a valid e-mail account that may be identified by reverse domain name search.
In2Sports Inc. reserves the right to introduce new facilities to enhance the Soccer Pool. Details of such introductions will be published on the In2Sports Inc. Soccer Pool website and will amend or vary these Terms and Conditions and the Rules and take effect from the date upon which such details are published on the Website.
Determination of potential winners shall be made 24 hours after the game as specified in the Rules by In2Sports Inc. whose decision shall be final. Potential winners will be notified by e-mail only. If the potential winner is unreachable, an alternate potential winner will be selected at the discretion of the Contest Providers.
Prizes will be distributed in a timely manner after each prizewinner has been successfully contacted and notified of their prizes. All prizes must be accepted as awarded. They may not be sold, transferred and are not convertible to cash. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

If there are players with an equal value of total points at the end of the season, the prize will go to the player selected from a draw.
USE OF CONTEST INFORMATION:
All information provided by entrant is deemed to be correct, complete, and accurate. All entrant information is contained behind a firewall and is only accessible to a limited number of Contest Providers. While we strive to protect entrants' personal information, Contest Providers cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information transmitted online. Entrants are advised that conveying personal information online is done so at the Entrant's own risk and the Entrant remains solely responsible for maintaining the secrecy of passwords.
CONDUCT:
Contest Providers reserve the right at their sole discretion to disqualify any individual they find to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the game or website; to be acting in violation of the Official Rules; or to be acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. You agree that in the use of the Soccer Pool, and the registration of usernames or group names, you will not use obscene or slanderous language.
You further agree to not knowingly damage or cause interruption of the Soccer Pool; prevent others from using the Soccer Pool; obtain or modify another user's non-public account information without their consent. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY A CONTESTANT TO ALTER THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SOCCER POOL IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, IN2SPORTS INC. RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH CONTESTANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY:
Winners assume liability for injuries caused or claimed to be caused by participating in the Soccer Pool, or by the acceptance, possession, use of, or failure to receive any prize. In2Sports Inc. is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by website users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Soccer Pool or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of submissions in the Soccer Pool. In2Sports Inc. assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries. In2Sports Inc. is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of e-mail or players on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet or at any website or combination thereof, including injury or damage to Contestant or to any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating or downloading materials in the Soccer Pool.
GENERAL CONDITIONS:
The decisions of In2Sports Inc. are final on all matters of fact, interpretation, eligibility, procedure and fulfillment. By entering this Soccer Pool, you acknowledge acceptance of all rules and agree to be bound by them. In2Sports Inc. reserves the right to withdraw, amend or terminate this Soccer Pool at any time without prior notice.
