What is In2Sports.ca's policy on returns and exchanges?

For all purchases made on In2Sports.ca, we will gladly issue full refunds within 15 days from the order's ship date on regular priced merchandise only.

We do not offer refunds on sale merchandise. We do offer exchanges or an online credit note on sale items less than 40% off, within 15 days from the order's ship date. Items must be returned to Head Office in their original condition.  DO NOT USE a shoe box to ship back your item. Place the shoe box into original shipping box or a sturdy box.  Please try on items in a clean, indoor area in case you need to return them. Credits will be made to the original form of payment on the order. Shipping costs purchases of Gift Cards and VIP Memberships and online credit notes are non-refundable. In2Sports.ca returns are usually processed within 1-3 business days of the item(s) arrival in our warehouse. Allow 1-2 weeks from the time you send your return to receive your exchange order. If an error was made on our part, we will email you a label to be used at no cost to you.

Please continue to fill out the return form included with your order, in order to process your exchange successfully.

We cannot accept returns on the following:

     • Customized, worn or laundered items of any kind

     • Warm up suits; any item sold as a set must be returned as a set

     • Team Uniforms which are customized with player numbers, names, logos, team crests, artwork, etc.

     • Items purchased from an In2Sports store location aside from In2Sports.ca 

     • Gift Cards and VIP Memberships

How do I return merchandise purchased on In2Sports.ca?

Simply fill out the return form provided to you with your shipment. If you misplace the form, please email us at customerservice@in2sports.ca to obtain a new form.

If you choose to return merchandise at your own cost, the return address is below. Retain any tracking numbers and receipts. In2Sports.ca cannot be responsible for merchandise lost en route. We do not accept COD's or packages marked "Bill Recipient". Please do not attempt to return merchandise that does not qualify for a return, as you will be responsible for any shipping costs to have the items shipped back to you

What if I receive the wrong item?

Please accept our apologies if your order is not processed correctly. Contact us at customerservice@in2sports.ca if an item is short-shipped or missing from your order. We will do our best to correct your order as efficiently as possible. All you have to do is provide us with your order number.

What if my package is lost or has arrived damaged?

Please accept our apologies if the carrier did not deliver your order promptly or in good condition. If you did not receive your order, please be sure to double check your surroundings. If you contact us we will be more than happy to file a claim with the carrier if you truly did not receive your package or if the exterior of the package was damaged. If your package is damaged please contact us at customerservice@in2sports.ca and provide us with your order number

Can I return my online order to an In2Sports store location?

Unfortunately, we cannot allow for returns on purchases made on In2Sports.ca within our stores. The item(s) must be returned to the exact location they were purchased at.  Please ship your package back to the following return address. Please do not attempt to return merchandise that does not qualify for a return, as you will be responsible for any shipping costs to have the items shipped back to you.

I need to return my online order but I used a promotion code to make my purchase

You can continue to return or exchange your order; however, a previously used promotion code cannot be applied to the sale of a different item.

Can I make a change or cancel my online order once it has been submitted?

If you'd like to cancel or change your order, please call us at 1-877-669-1002 or email us at customerservice@in2sports.ca as soon as possible. We'll do everything we can to accommodate your request but please bear in mind that our order-fulfillment and shipping systems are designed to get orders on their way quickly and efficiently. We cannot change or cancel an order once it has entered the shipping process. Please refer to our return policy for information on returning or exchanging items you have ordered.

Please note: If you cancel an item that qualified you for a promotion or special deal, you may no longer receive that discount or promotion.

Customized Products Purchased on In2Sports.ca

All customized merchandise is final sale. These items are non-refundable or exchangeable at no exception. These items include anything with a player number, name, team logo and/or patch that was an additional cost to your order. Please do not attempt to return merchandise that does not qualify for a return, as you will be responsible for any shipping costs to have the items shipped back to you.

Club and Team Wear: Decorated items including club crest, player number and/or sponsor logos are non-refundable or exchangeable at no exception. Non-decorated items may be only exchanged within 15 days and are subject to a re-stocking fee; 25% of item or order total plus shipping. Shipping costs vary depending on the number of pieces being shipped back to supplier: 1-10 pcs. $10, 11-25 pcs. $20, 26 & up TBD. Your return must be in original condition, complete, and timely for us to process it. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please do not attempt to return your merchandise that does not qualify for a return, as you will be responsible for shipping cost for items to be shipped back to you. 

I Need to Return merchandise purchased on In2Sports.ca but need something else right away.

You can contact us to place a new order for the replacement item and we will charge you for the new item. When we receive the returned item, we will simply credit the original form of payment. This ensures the fastest turnaround time for your replacement item. Please note, shipping charges are non-refundable.

What if I think an item is defective?

In2Sports Warranty: 30 Days (from date of purchase)

Due to the intense nature of the game, all items - especially footwear and gloves - will experience normal wear and tear such as color loss, material wear, loose threads, small gaps between the outsole and the upper, etc.

Normal wear and tear will begin to show even within the first few uses. This is both normal and expected. These occurrences are common and not indicative of an item's defectiveness (poor workmanship or materials).

Very few items are truly defective. Genuine defects most often reveal themselves within 30 days of purchase. An item's price does not indicate longevity, merely the quality of the materials and technology used in its construction.

Most products sold through In2Sports.ca come with a manufacturer's warranty.  Customer's seeking information about a product's manufacturer's warranty should directly contact the manufacturer.

In2Sports.ca Warranty only applies to original purchases and does not extend to replacement items.  Any replacement items will fall under the manufacturer's warranty.

Sale items do not come with the In2Sports.ca warranty (FINAL SALE).  These items will fall under the manufacturer's warranty.

    8.  Shoes being used on the wrong playing surface. (ie. Hard ground HG shoes used on Turf fields)

    9.  Stripped Cleats

    10.  Ripped Laces

Goalkeeper glove palms/foam have NO WARRANTY
